An excellent 'home from home' stay and a great location. It's a short walk to the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway. A warm friendly welcome on arrival and we were shown immediately to our room. Our room (No6) has a great view and is spacious and bright. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Tea & Coffee making facilities along with biscuits were appreciated. The ensuite bathroom was spacious too and had complimentary toiletries. The breakfast was lovely, so many choices to pick and the portions were generous. A great place to stay!!

Lovely owner and her staff are a credit to her. Excellent place to stay. Motorcycle friendly with secure off street parking.

We were made to feel very welcome, a cup of tea on arrival and they had gone to the trouble of finding a suitable space for us to store our bikes.

Hostess lovely and nothing too much trouble. We had an evening meal and the food was fantastic, breakfast was great also.
